A DGL certificate is included with purchase. DGL is an independent gemological lab that performs and authenticates diamond gradings. You can read more about DGL and their grading methodologies here.

The DGL certificate number is laser-inscribed on the diamond girdle (viewable only under magnification). If you wish to receive the DGL certificate number and view it on the DGL website online verification, please request via email or our contact form.

We offer free worldwide shipping for all items. The type of shipping used depends on the total amount purchased. Purchases in a total of $600 and above are shipped Express using FedEx / UPS (2-3 day trackable delivery to your door). Purchases in a total below $600 are shipped using EMS (3-8 day trackable delivery to your door). Orders destined to domestic US addresses are shipped from our NY location. International orders are either shipped either from our NY or Israel locations. Non-US orders may have VAT / customs upon entry to the destination country. Be sure to verify with your local customs prior to purchase and instruct us on how to mark the package.

Since buying high value items online can be intimidating, our store offers a very convenient return policy. You can return the item for any reason within 14 days of receipt, no questions asked. Item will be returned for a full refund (less our actual shipping costs). Item must be returned in its original condition (with certificate). There are absolutely no restocking fees of any sort.
